The computer-controlled transformer test bench is suitable for transformers and reactors of voltage levels of 10kV, 35kV, 110kV and above.
The whole computer automatically measures and controls, realizing an integrated measurement and control system that displays, measures, controls, tracks, analyzes, processes, stores reports, prints, and protects in one go during a test.
All corresponding data calculations are completed by the IPC backend, and the calculation results and measurement data are directly output by the display screen. This changes the previous situation where the testers had to read the values from the pointer instruments and perform complicated calculations, which minimizes the probability of errors and significantly improves the accuracy and efficiency.
This system adheres to the concept of automation and realizes highly automated measurement and control of experiments. It uses industrial computers, PLCs, and other equipment to maximally improve control and measurement accuracy, and truly realizes no strong electric control in the control room, improving the safety of experimental personnel. It uses power analyzers and computer data interaction to improve the accuracy of experimental data reading and calculation. The fully automated operation maximally enhances work efficiency and saves labor costs.
