Our company, based on the current situation of transformer testing, has developed an integrated and convenient testing platform for DC resistance and transformer ratio. We have added an automatic adjustment device for tap changers and integrated it into a mobile trolley. It is equipped with a tablet PC for operation and a wireless transmission unit, which has the advantages of portability, simplicity of operation, and high testing efficiency.

The first automatic tap changer adjustment device in China can realize unmanned operation during the direct resistance and transformer ratio test. In the traditional direct resistance and transformer ratio test, one transformer needs one tester to continuously change the wiring, replace instruments, record data, and adjust the tap, etc. The test process of one transformer takes about 30 minutes. While using the NKT-R direct resistance and transformer ratio test device, only the wiring needs to be connected in advance, and the whole test process will not require the operator's operation. One person can operate multiple test devices at the same time and complete the test of multiple samples.
